Reminders
CANCELLATION POLICY: Credit for cancellations will be applied to a member’s Court Reserve Account only when properly notifying Cross Court within the terms of the following cancellation notice periods:
- Full Members:
- 24 hours for Court Reservations/Open Play
- 48 hours for Lessons/Clinics
- Basic Members:
- 36 hours for Court Reservations/Open Play
- 72 hours for Lessons/Clinics
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
Cross Court may remain open during inclement weather. Program cancellations and facility closures shall be communicated via email or website announcement typically no later than 60 minutes prior to the start of any program. We strongly suggest that everyone consider safety and local road conditions before embarking on any travel.
PARKING:
Cross Court Pickleball shares parking with other businesses and space is limited. Street parking on Browns Lane is permitted when available. However, please do not block access to other businesses on Browns Lane. To ensure a seamless experience, please be mindful of traffic flow – especially during peak hours (9:00 AM to 11:30 AM on weekdays and all day on weekends). Timely court usage and carpooling can help alleviate congestion. Thank you for your cooperation.
END TIME POLICY FOR OPEN PLAY & RENTALS:
To ensure smooth transitions and reduce congestion between sessions, all Open Play and court rental periods will conclude five (5) minutes prior to the top or bottom of the hour (:55 or :25). Players are expected to wrap up promptly when “Final Point” is called, out of courtesy to staff and others waiting to play.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, please adhere to the following rules:
Check-in:
All members must check in at the front desk before using the courts.
Waiver:
All members must sign a waiver prior to play.
Use of the facility is at your own risk. Cross Court Pickleball is not liable for injuries or accidents.
Personal Belongings:
Cross Court is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Sportsmanship:
Maintain good sportsmanship on and off the court.
Avoid foul, abusive, or discriminatory language.
Facility Rules:
No smoking or vaping on the premises.
No outside food or beverages (including alcohol) allowed without prior approval.
Only water is permitted on the courts. All drinks must have lids.
No pets allowed.
Please dispose of trash properly.
Wear appropriate attire and equipment.
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.
Security and Safety:
False alarms may result in fines and legal action.
Cross Court reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Premises are monitored by video surveillance.
